Cable Recycle Machine (alsonamed waste electric wire and cable recycling equipment) is a kindof machinery used to crush waste copper wire and separate copperand plastic. Since the copper separated seems like rice grains, themachine is also called copper wire crusher, which is one ofenvironment-friendly type equipment.

Separation Methods of CableRecycle Machine:

3.1).      Dry-type copper-wire crusher: The so-called dry-type copper-wirecrusher uses a separation method without adding water duringseparating and selecting process. This kind of copper-wire crusheruses the machine with an environment-friendly separation method,such as air flow separator, air shaking table or electrostaticseparator. The main technological process is: crushing-air flowseparating and selecting-(electrostatic separation)-dust collection(electrostatic separation rarely used on copper-wire crushernow).
